Dale is originally from Greensboro, NC. God blessed Dale with a tremendous Godly family that raised him in church from the very beginning of his life. Dale surrendered to God’s call to ministry at the age of ten years old. God continued to guide Dale’s life until he ultimately saw God leading him in the direction of pastoral ministry.
Dale has served at six different Original Free Will Baptist churches as youth pastor and as lead pastor since 2001. He accepted the call to become Lead Pastor of Lee’s Chapel in November 2020.
Dale holds a B.A. in Religion from the University of Mount Olive and an M.Div. in Biblical Studies from Campbell University Divinity School. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program at Campbell University Divinity School.
Dale is married to Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Dale have one child that they became the legal guardians of in 2019 named Charlie. They are also the parents Ellie, born in March of 2021, and Luna, born in August of 2024. The Belvin family looks forward to all that God has in store for them.

I am honored and blessed to have the opportunity to serve the LCC community, especially the youth. Youth programming has a special place in my heart. I strive to assure that the youth have a role model and mentor teaching God’s Word as they grow in their walk with Christ. My previous youth programming experience was at Mintz Baptist Church in Roseboro, NC and at Salemburg Baptist Church. My wife Parrish and I live in Dunn, NC, have been married since 2021. Our daughter, Kennedy was born in 2024. I look forward to seeing how God’s Love grows in Plain View.
